Star Wars for sure. I think there are three reasons for it. First, most Star Trek characters are humans and more credible, they don't have super jedi powers or crap like that and there aren't evil emperors or princess. Second, Star Trek has less (maybe none) characters aimed at children (like JarJar, Jaba the Hut, C3POm, ewoks, etc). Third, Star Trek deals with more mature questions, while remains Manichaeism-like. All that said, I believe that Star Wars appeals to a less mature audience and that (grown) people who become freak-fans of Star Wars are more freakish that those that become freak-fans of Star Trek.

Not sure if I would call them freaks but Star Trek fans have been around for longer then Star Wars and are really intense in their love for the show.

Although I really like Star Trek, I'd have to say it has more freak fans. I'm not a Trekkie or a Trekker, I just watch the show that's it. I'm not an attender of Star Trek Conventions, and don't dress like the charactors! lol!

I prefer Star Wars, but the third episode sucks! I think Star Wars has more freak-fans.

I hate Star Trek my dad and grandpa use to watch it every weekend...it made me CRAZY!
