You do have to wonder about some of the people who answer questions on here, don't you?
Anyway ... I anticipate that by the time you read this your red spots will have gone. It's always the most painful the first time and your skin will react the most partly because the hair follicle is at its strongest and partly because the hair was probably at full length - both of these factors make it difficult to pull out the hair.
I only get a few spots now because I've been waxed loads of times (therefore hair shorter and follicles weaker) but I would heed the hygeine advice given by the other answerer. I wouldn't use any product on your skin immediately after waxing as the pores are raw and open - just a cool shower is fine.

Use Aloe Vera. I have laser hair removal and that's what they put on and recommend after treatments. The higher Aloe Vera percentage in the gel the better. I bought mine from that clinic which contains 98%. You can get some from Boots maybe at lower percentage.

try getting some of that stuff that reduces bikini bumps. it does the same thing for your chest. a good way to prevent them is to make sure that your chest is very clean and free of oil before you get it waxed again.

Lots of moisturising cream and have a massage. I used to wax and shave my chest and belly during my teen-aged years and it was uncomfortable and itchy. I now just let it grow and my partner and I are far happier. She likes hairy chests and bellies, there is nothing wrong with these. It is U.S. media making them unacceptable.

An over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream should take care of the inflammation. In addition to that, you can apply Neosporin to reduce the chance of infection. I hope this helps.
