I think she deserves what she got. She's not above the law. She had everything in life handed to her on a golden platter, all of the opportunities in the world. She spends her time shopping and going to parties. With that money, fame, and power, she could do so much good for the world. Instead, she is a waste of a human being.

I agree with Lele, if you cannot figure out why she should be in the clink then you have issues. You'd be quick to throw an ordinary Joe in the clink if you heard he/she was driving with a revoked licence after a DUI. Don't even say you wouldn't you would be a LIAR. Wake up, she's human just like everyone else. If you are going to break the law you pay the punishment, END OF STORY!

If you do the crime, you should do the time. It shouldn't matter whether or not you are rich and famous. It disgusts me that these rich and famous celebrities think that they can do whatever they want. They think that money can buy them out of all their troubles. Just because Paris is famous and rich, it doesn't mean that she is any better than any other ordinary person. She should have been sentenced to the maximum amount of jail time possible. She needs to learn a lesson. And that police officer that took it upon himself to release her out of jail and put her on house arrest, he needs to be fired. It serves her right to be back in jail to finish serving her sentence. Maybe after she does her jail time, she will make better decisions and stay out of trouble. Please don't say that house arrest would be good enough for her. That wouldn't teach her anything. She would probably violate the terms of that anyways. I hope that she becomes a better person after this ordeal. This story is getting really old and I am tired of hearing about it. Time to move on to something else.

Umm..I dunno. i'm confused but hey at least she's like in a psychiatric ward, don't get mad but it's probably not that bad, it's kinda like a hospital/jail. I do feel bad because she was crying and she's starving herself because she refuses to eat but um, she should of gotten a driver to drive her around. How could she have not known her license got suspended? Her attoneys or people never told her? Either she really didn't know or she was lying..and thought she would get away with it like she has before.

well i think she should have gone to jail because she is not above the law, but people do not treat her humanely anymore. the jokes, the ridicule, yes, shes not smart, but people just think of her as a dumb celebrity, not a human, and that is why i feel bad for her.

if you can't do the time don't do the crime. it's an old cliche but its never been more true in her case. She broke the law not once but 3 times. She's a rich spoiled brat who is out of touch with reality. They should give her the whole 45days.I bet she'll never drive under the influence again

I think you have issues. No one is above the law and we as adults have to be able to face the consequences of our actions.

You're right, jail isn't the place for her. I'd throw her into the nearest dungeon.
I'm sick of hearing about her. Move on people.

So much slander just because of a revoked license. I don't think it's right anymore.
