You can always use a surrogate...your egg, his sperm, someone else's uterus.

RE:
Is it possible to reverse a hysterectomy and have kids again?
I recentlie divorced and am moving on and I hope to have a baby with that next special someone. However I had a hysterectomy while I was with my ex. Is it possible to reverse that procedure and have a baby in the future?

OK just to let everyone know.... I had a hysterectomy in July 2015 and still have problems with my right ovary and tube so my Dr wants to take it out... My insurance company will not let him do it until I sign a sterilization paper and wait 30 days!!! I'm like at all about this... How can you get more sterile then having no uterus???? Well insurance company now say they are doing uterine replacement surgery and what to make sure you don't want that.... I'm at such a loss who would want another person's uterus?? And a question if it's fulty or broke do you get a refund or replacement??? This is the craziest thing I've ever heard in my life!!!! Just saying!!!

No, although as other posters have mentioned, I wonder if you actually know what procedure you had?
There has been one uterus transplant in the world that has been publicized, but as it failed after 99 days (and this from a living donor), it is still far in the future. In this case, the recipient had only a partial hysterectomy; still had ovaries. Partial hysterectomies have only recently become more common in the US. I would say that adoption is your only option. Even when it is successful, it will never be a common option as most reasons for hysterectomies involve both ovaries and uterus.
Check with your doctor regarding exactly what procedure you had.

If you in fact HAD a hysterectomy, your uterus was removed. You cannot have children without your uterus. You either don't know about sexual reproduction or you had something different done that you are calling a hysterectomy. Do you have a period? This is a key clue...if not then you cant have a baby!

Did you have a hysterectomy or your tubes tied? Because if it's the former, they took your uterus out and you can't just put it back in there. Did you not realize this...?
Your tubes being tied is different, though, in the sense nothing is removed. There's actually a few methods to tube tying and I think at least one is reversible.

It is not possible to reverse a hysterectomy. Your uterus was completely removed. Was there another reason for the procedure?? That is a VERY drastic birth control method!!

A hysterectomy is surgical removal of part or all of the uterus, last time I checked you needed it to have a baby, but nowadays it seems like anything is possible. Good luck!

a full hysterectomy is not like having your tubes tied, it means you have no female organs, no ovaries, no uterus, no cervix. I other words, you have nothing left with which to have a baby, and the best in the medical field cannot replace those organs. I'm very sorry, but no, you will never have another child.

If you had a tubal ligation they can sometime reverse it depending on the level of scarring. As for hysterectomies: if you had your uterus removed of course only adoption is the answer, if you just had your ovaries removed I believe that they can take someone elses egg fertilize it and implant it into your uterus. Of course that is costly and requires hormones. Check with a local fertility specialist for more concrete answers.

do you know what a hysterectomy is? Since you've had one I'd assume "yes" but your question obviously makes it sound like you have no idea what happened to you. If you've had a hysterectomy, then you don't have a uterus...they can't just put a new one back inside of you. If you're that ignorant, you shouldn't be having kids anyway.
