Drinking plenty of water is good for you, but anything in extremes is never good.
Drinking EXTREME amounts of water can throw off your "Electrolyte" balance.
I drink a gallon of water a day, no problem.
Keeps me nice and hydrated, and people think I'm 10 years younger than I am.
Yes, you should drink plenty of water if you have a high protein diet to keep your kidneys cleansed, no water won't harm your penis.

Whether you take lots of protein or not, your body needs a certain amount of water each day. The "Rule of Thumb" is to drink eight 8oz. glasses per day, but some professionals might argue for more or less.

While I'm pretty sure water levels will not directly effect the health of your penis (unless in extremes, in which case you'll have much worse problems), but adequate water intake will help your kidneys to function well. The kidneys are the filter for your blood and will rid your body of excess water (among other things) when is a state of rest. During exercise, any excess water (and needed water) will be gotten rid of predominantly through sweating.

If you're ever not sure of whether you might need to drink some water, then simply check your urine. If it's clear, then that's the body's way of saying that you're adequately hydrated. If you have a dark, golden stream of urine, then you might go drink a glass or two of water. And, of course, peeing frequency will be an indicator, as well.

NOTE: Contrary to certain opinions, drinking adequate water will not make you look ten years younger. That is a genetic thing.

Good luck with your water situation!

The human body can tolerate enormous amounts of water. However, there is a condition called water intoxication, it usually occurs when a person drinks more than six gallons of water in 24 hours and also has a problem with water retention, either due to kidney failure or congestive heart failure. So, if you are drinking that much, you may want to back off. The body requires a minimum of 2 liters of water every day to function at optimum, and when active 3 to 4 liters of water is not unreasonable.

Absolutely not .... I drink over a gallon of water a day.** Drinking water cleans and clears out your internal organs, too.

Some things to know:

** If you find that you're suddenly starting to get headaches eat some raisins and/or some carrots with sea salt. This should take care of it. (This is the body telling you, you have too much of a positive charge, in your body, from the water)

**Don't hold your urine, that's what gives you kidney infections.

** If you're working out and NOT sweating a lot, then that is a problem.

Hope this helps.

Humans, like any other animal, are supposed to only drink water!

It depends on your diet really.
It's good to include water in your regular diet, but it's also good to ease into it, depending on what you drink now; little by little you drink more and more water and less other stuff, and eventually alot!
It's also good to sweat out the excess water, so if you train, you should sweat as much as possible so that the water can clean out your system. A clean system means healthy kidneys and penis, and brain, etc.

Ever heard of the lady that died because her brain drowned in water? the lady wanted a wii for her kids and she drank so much even after her head was hurting. Doctors say drinking themselves to death with water swells the brain so be careful, drink water then stop when you think you can't drink anymore.

I know your concern is for your penis but drinking excessive water like a gallon a day you can wash the potassium out of your body and this can cause a heart attack.

You shouldn't drink loads and loads as over time this puts excess stress on the liver, just drink when you feel thirsty and make sure you drink enough.
