how do I get my front brake rotors off my 03 Altima???

I have no clue what the problem is. My boyfriend and I looked everywhere for some sort of key and lock, none,we have used a mallet, we even rented a tool from autozone, it will not budge.They are pretty rusted. We have used wd40, nothing works. is there any secrets to this. This car is a 2003 Nissan Altima. Please help if you can!!!

if these are disc brakes, you might need the caliper tool

Is there a big screw holding it onto the spindle?
