Is there a solution that can be applied to any object in a specified shape that will retain its shape?

The solution must not be hazardous to the body. I guess what I'm looking for is a type of glue but much stronger, which can hold and retain an object in a particular shape.

Yes, but it's not exactly a "solution". Technically, it's a "Mixture."

It's called "Plaster of Paris"............ Pretty useful stuff, actually.
