So I'm in Texas, and I don't want to buy it online....I've tried pretty much every store, gamestop, best buy, circuit city, costco, and I've checked pretty much everyday...Today circuit city said they'd have some but when I went to check right after they opened they said they sold out. It's really getting me angry because almost every store never gets shipments..I've called every store and the most positive feedback was, check the ads and come on tuesday...But still I can never find them in stock. Any help or tips please?

And if you've bought one recently, please tell me what you did..

I've once again called another and visited tons of stores...Still no luck, I'm not going to buy it online because they charge way to much. I've walked in to stores to check, called them almost everyday...And the most positive response so far, was that they might get them sometime before sunday...But thats the only store that said they might get them...the rest said either in a long time, or we don't know when.

When stores get them in stock, they get 10-20. Therefore, you have to be willing to wait in line. They are never going to have them in stock after 15 mins of a store opening.

This past weekend I got my Wii from Circuit City. They handed vouchers an hour before the store opened on Sunday. They had 20 available and fortunately, I was the 20th person. How long did I wait in line, did you ask? I was lucky and waited for 5 minutes. I think the demand is starting to die, at least in Portland, OR. I would have expected a longer line.

I think most large cities, you are going to have to wait at least 1-2 hours to get a voucher. You have to work for it, if you expect one. In Portland, at least each store gets one shipment per a month. Target, Sears, Best Buy, Circuit City, Fry's. I probably could buy one ever week if I wanted to.

Try a Super Wal Mart after 12am. They start stocking then and if you hang out long enough while they are restocking the shelves you'll have a good chance of getting one. Call them and see when their electronic shipments come in and go on that night. OR you could always make a friend at oone of the gaming stores like Game Stop or EB games. Tell them you need the hook-up and to give you a call when the truck comes in before they put them on the shelves. Slip them a twenty for their help and BANG you have your Wii!

I work at Target, its true that most stores [target included] have lots of Nintendo Wiis in stock about 15-20 usually, but we're trained to say we dont have them instock. We only put them on the shelf when its featured in Sundays Ad which is about 1 to 2 times a month. keep checking every week - not everyday but like Wednesday when we start telling the people calling that we'll have wiis on sunday.

I bought one recently and what I did was I went to the electronics section of Target got the store's number and first thing in the morning called checked if they had any said they did I walked in and picked one up. The key is to get up earlier so you can call the store right after it opens and pick it up before anyone gets it.

I got mine at Best Buy. I had to ask them when they were getting them in and then come in early that morning. Before they opened in fact. I waited in a line outside. HAHA. Anyways thats pretty much all I have to tell you.

The sad thing is, most stores actually HAVE them in stock. They tell customers they don't have any to keep demand high.

I play this consistently at my couzins it replaced into plenty exciting i like it plenty! Then I have been given my Dad to get me one we noted as WaltMart; Zellers; Staples... everywhere. Then We noted as EB video games its in my mall. they did not have it. yet they permit me pre-order it. So in case you have that shop call them up! in case you do not bypass to a save that basically sells video games they are going to allow you do it. Its coming in January twenty 5th for me. So sturdy success!!!

The only guaranteed way to get one is to put down a deposit.
