If you use a steamer on hardwood floors, you will be replacing the floors. The heat and moisture will warp and damage the wood. Damp mopping is reccomended.

NONE. You don't steam clean a hardwood floor. Minimal water. Steamers are for carpets.

I have had a cleaning business for 14 yrs. and you should never use nothing more than a damp mop on your wood floors.
