No, like all of Clinton's minions, he was given a pass and got off with a slap on the wrist.

Yes, he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor (because he never destroyed original material), paid a 50,000 dollar fine plus the 6,905 dollars in administrative costs, received 100 hours of community service, got 2 years probation and gave up his law license in 2007. The Wall Street Journal originally supported him, but withdrew their strong support, when questions arose about previous visits to the library.

Unfortunately, he was allowed to cop a plea. Berger was just in the news yesterday when he worked out another deal and gave up his right to practice law in exchange for NOT telling all.
The American public sure took it on the chin with this jerk and the Justice Dept. helped.

One of the greatest breaches of security in recent decades and it goes unpunished . Not properly punished anyway . What a shame .
Every time I hear his name I think of him as Sandy McBurglar wearing that mask like the Hamburglar and mumbling and groveling about .
Mayor McCheese missed the boat on this one .

I guess the Times didn't think that particular story would sell. The media is not lib. or Con. It is a money grubbing business.

The Times wouldn't consider any mischief by anybody in the Clinton knee-pad brigade "newsworthy".
