okay, I am head cheerleader at my middle school.One of my friends is working on her back tuck.I can do it easier than explaining.Any instruction would be appreciated.

When you set, you basically do a straight jump with your arms above your head in a hollow body position. When you reach your peak, that is when you pull your arms down and rotate your knees over your head, making sure not to throw your head back. The landing usually comes naturally when you open up and land.
