Well, I can't tell you since I don't know what's going on in your life. And I won't give you the: "Look around you what 's going on in the world, you could be a starving kid in Africa.blahblahblah" lecture either. Because I think this kind of comments are nothing but dull. Yes, there will always be a worst case than yours. You know that already. And while none of us can afford to forget the human condition, human rights violations, wars, famines, disasters,..., we can't dismiss any of our "depressions," "tough periods," "life hardships" either. You live here, today and now. this is your reality and apparently it kind of sucks right now. All I can tell you is to hang on. Things happen for a reason. Things do change. Things will get better.

I didn't hear what you were suffering from. It could always get worse. I always say if I have food and shelter, I'm lucky. You don't really want to find out if it could get worse. You want to see how you will adapt to the changes in your life and be prepared for things to get worse. Having a positive attitude is part of that preparation.

Are you dying? Is your life in danger? Is everyone safe? Are you in jail? Are you hooked on drugs or trying to get off drugs? Is a child missing that you know? Did anyone close to you get murdered in front of you? Are you going crazy?

Whatever it is, I believe in you. Someone will help you. Until then, do what you can. Time will take care of the rest. Keep the faith.

No, but it's you who can mold it to the best by keeping a positive spirit and a positive lookout.
It cant get worse and even if it does since every action has equal and opposite reaction it has to bounce back and bring positive and great things in your life.
Always look out for the ray of light. It needs tons of darkness to darken a life but just a ray of light disintegrates the darkness.

I always tell myself that life can get worse. It may not ever get better, but it could definitely be worse.
Are you healthy?
Do you have a family?
Do you have any money?
Can you read?
Do you have a job?
Do you have food to eat?
Can you worship or speak as you chose?
If you can answer "yes" to any of those questions, than your life could definitely be worse. It is up to you to realize that there many people the world over who have really sad lives. Maybe you could spend your efforts in helping those people?

Yes. I get in the mood, sometimes, that my life sucks and blows, both at the same time. Still, I'm alive, I'm in debt, but I, and hopefully you, can at least pay the bills, and I'm not physically or mentally handicapped. I have freinds and a family and a dog and they all love me.

and may be it turn to the best
life is a cyrcle full of different emotions
happiness and sadness , war and peace , quiet and nervous
u r not happy all the time , at the same time u r not sad all the time
when u r happy put in ur mind that one day i will lose happiness
and when u r sad put in ur mind that u will smile again one day
we need to understand life well to be able to survive
just smile for life , life will smile for u as a return
live ur life to the fullest , enjoy each moment , dont be sad ever
try to forget ur past and live ur present and at the same time prepare for ur future

Remember Syd,

The roller coaster goes back up after a steep fall.
Wait, that metaphor implies that the fall isn't the fun part. But the fall is what people pay for.
Okay, how's this one:
"I get knocked down, but I get up again, you're never gonna keep me down"
No? Not doing anything for you?
Alright, I didn't want to have to use this, but desperate times call for desperate measures:

"There's got to be somebody out there who's got a suckier life than you.
Take my life ..... please!"

Of course it can!

You can still:
hit rock bottom,
get run over by a dumptruck,
fall off a cliff,
get dropped off a roof by drunken friends,
fall under a train,
get hit in the head with a ball peen hammer,
get struck by lightening
get hit by an asteroid
lose your house,
live in your car,
eat out of a dumpster,
get shipped to Iraq,
lose a friend,
lose your job,
lose your sight, hearing, or mind
run with scissors and put your eye out,
get an STD,
get a hangnail,
get a papercut,
stub your toe

or, God forbid, lose your internet connection.

It can ALWAYS be worse...
