Instead of rubbing them on concrete (that could ware them crooked, or to choppy. Decreasing the pad to rotor surface and diminish the stopping power of the brakes), score them up with a wire brush or coarse sandpaper.
Then clean the pads and rotors with "contact/brake" cleaner (available at auto parts and bike shops).
You should clean them with contac/brake cleaner to remove and microscopic brake dust particles.
You'll see how dirty the rag gets after using it.

2 ideas come to mind, first, you have a piston hanging up which causes the pads to drag against the rotor. This should be checked and corrected. Second, and more likely, the new brake material is much harder than the older (and unsafe) asbestos ones we used to have. They cause a lot more noise as they wear. Have you dealer or mechanic check it out just to be safe. Brakes aren't something to fool around with.

It might be the rotors, or who ever installed the new pads didn't install/replace the isolator, or didn't properly bed in the new pads.

You most likely need to have your rotors rotated or flipped. What you're experiencing is uneven break pad rubbing on the rotors(brake disks).

I 'm saying it's probably dirt or trash or grit on your brakes. Clean them and spray brake squeal spray on them. red_cat_foot

take the pads out and rub them on concret to deglaze them. then take a scotchbrite (green one) and deglaze the rotor by rubing it in a outward motion reinstall pads and they should be fine
