I succeeded in quitting smoking almost 7 years ago ~ yay! Drinking was never a huge problem for me, and I haven't had a drink in 2 years. Junk food. Now there's a hard one! But, try to take it day by day. . . . Eventually I WILL succeed! And exercise needs to become more routine and less on again off again~~~
Thanks for your words of encouragement!

I do not drink alcohol nor eat junk food but i smoke .(cigarettes.).
I have tried many times but it was a complete failure.
I must try again or just say what M.Twain said.

" Giving up smoking is easy...I've done it hundreds of times. "

Hopefully I won't need to try again. I have managed stay away from the forbidden food for a few months now and I have not fallen off the wagon yet. I hope to stay on this righteous path forever, hopefully temptation won't rear its ugly head!!!

Probably not. I'm too accustomed to myself and my follies. And though I'd rather not upset my grandkids, so I keep some follies to myself, they know I've got to go sometime, so I might as well enjoy the rest of the passage. They'll cope, and grow.
