Just one next door.
I suspect they were closely related even before they were married. Probably the only reason they live there is because the skunks and vultures found them too disgusting to live in the shack on the mountain.

YES. Downstairs is a woman with 8 children in a 4 room apartment. Yes, I said EIGHT children. She doesn't work and the kids only go to school half the time. They get left home alone a lot and they scream and bang on the walls and throw things. The mom used to beat them a few years ago but I think she stopped that now. There was an abusive boyfriend in the apartment for awhile but he's gone now. They used to fight at 5am and then he'd slam the door, run out and she'd beat the kids out of anger toward him.
I'm always afraid that they are going to start a fire since the kids are left alone so often and burn the building down. The mom will leave the 10 year old there to watch the 4 younger kids. I hate them all.

Yeah. It is a wierd dichotomy between my two next door neighbors. On one side they are the greatest neighbors I have had, the other is one of the worst.
They started building an addition over a year ago and just barely got the framing done. Many other annoyances, too many to list.

Prior to living where I do know, which thankfully is rather quiet, I lived in an older home divided into 4 apartments.
My downstairs neighbor thought he was a very good musician and would drum and sing loudly at all hours. Unfortunately, he was not very good.
I was so very pleased to move to a quieter location. ;)

Yes, because This lady has sex with the landlord so she pays way less than us, and she has men coming in and out of the back door. Not that I watch her but our back doors are next to each other and you can hear everything/..I just turn up my stereo really loud..she's like 45

I live in an apartment, and the people above us have kids. The kids are running and banging on the floors ALL Night! When I'm trying to go to bed all I hear is pounding on the floors, and their mom screaming at them. And they also find it necessary to vacuum their entire apartment at 1:00 am...Why!!

It seems like my older male neighbor knows when i leave my house because he stands by window looking at my car. Like a stalkarrazi.
