his "act" is what i live around so i don't find him to be funny at all

some of his material is pretty good, if a tiny bit heavy on the scat stuff. But he's nowhere near my favorite funny man, Rodney Dangerfield. There's simply no comic like him....I laugh when I look at him, before he says a single word. He says he picked up a hooker once and she told him "Oh no, not on a FIRST date."

The funny thing and this goes for most comedians is the people relate to what they say and if you think about it, most of it is true, and many remember that and some try to forget,,,

You don't?! The guy is hysterical! I love the "gitrdun" catch phrase! I'm from SLC so I'm used to rednecks and have traveled extensively throughout the US. If your not from the "redneck" part of the world then you probably won't enjoy him. He's kind of like Monty Python or Benny Hill, you get it or you don't.

I do think he's funny. I just watched his new stand-up act on Comedy Central a few days ago, and it was hilarious.

I didn't like him at first with his whole "Git 'er done" thing. But I just saw a show of his a few days ago and he's a LOT funnier than he used to be and tones down the "Git 'er done".
