The dog fighting thing kinda pissed me off, but down there it's pretty common I guess. I think they look at it like hunting out of season, illegal but no big deal The reason I lost respect for him, though, was he canceled his football camp. Now those poor kids that saved their paper rout money will not get to go to camp because he canceled it at the last second because of a scheduling conflict. That's a pretty selfish thing to do to your biggest fans.

I never said I was OK with dog fighting there slick. From what I read, the DA didn't seem to concerned with dog fighting.

The cancellation of the camp just makes me feel justified in never having liked this guy. He's a terrific athlete. Not a true leader, nor is he worth staking the future of a franchise on.

You are ok with dog fighting. You are ok with the ABUSE of ANIMALS. You are ok with FELONY CRIMES. Seriously dude look into the dog fighting and his case. You WON'T be ok with that. Anyway I didn't lose any respect for him, because that would have required me to have some. A man who goes by "Ron Mexico," who FLIPS OFF HIS HOME FANS, who takes a designer water bottle through security(interesting how the evidence was destroyed before the media could have it) already took ANY respect I could have had for him BEFORE this dog fighting thing even came up.
Actually the DA DOES have a problem with dog fighting. Otherwise there would be NO INVESTIGATION. This started off a search warrant for DRUGS. THEN they found the evidence of dog fighting. The case seemed to be going slow because the DA wanted everything PERFECT. He didn't want to risk some technicality coming up at the last minute and causing it all to be wasted time. I realize people who don't know law don't realize how little that can take, but as someone with a little intrested I realize how easy you can have the case ruined. So Poindexter(the DA) was trying to make sure the ts were crossed JUST RIGHT.

Yes. I did. I used to think this was a great guy and football player who just wanted to have fun and help out the community, but after that middle finger incident, the marijuana in the bottle, and now the dog fighting allegations I have lost any and all respect for Vick. The guy is a dirty and inconsiderate person.

im feeling better every day

I had a feeling at the time brees was the QB of the draft, and for that team to trade out of #1 to get L.T. and Brees later shown that the Chargers knew what they were doing. All Vick is, is a specimen of a talent who can make very good moves, and an above average passing arm.

To see Vince Young taking his recievers and TE's to his house for offseason work to get farmiliar shows he is there willing to win

Vick never did anything like that, and he is being shown to be just a guy who has the talent, but no where near the heart needed to be an NFL great.

Can you say Vick is in it for the coin

baseballfan stick to baseball retard he already made the playoffs, and i no dog fighting is bad and disgusting but Vick hasnt been charged with anything yet and theres no proof he was a part of dog fighting, dont buy the stuff the media craps out. IF they found out he had something to do with it and he gets charged then yes he is a bad man.

I lost respect for him when he flipped his fans a gesture of complete appreciation last year. You just know he's greedy and careless.

The dogfighting finally pissed everyone off. Who knows the cops were in his house on a drug warrant?

His younger brother Marcus is a complete punk, and the jury is still out on his cousin, vet QB Aaron Brooks.

its not like many were going to the camp because evreyone in the world is hating on him over some dogs. while bush signs a bill that could make him a dictator if another terrorist attack happens and the news is trashing vick over some dogs? hes become public enemy #1 since we gave up on osama bin laden over some dogs? what is the world coming to? he hasnt even been convicted yet and i see people on the web just saying crap. but if they was on his team they would kiss up and suck his di*k.

He had the promise of being an excellent QB, coulda changed the game. But now instead of competing for the Super Bowl he's competing with Paris Hilton for the title of "biggest loser".
