Government steers 5 billion dollars a year on iraq war spending into providing free medical school education for anyone who's interested in becoming a doctor and who has 3.0 or higher gpa on science courses.

Wouldn't that be a good idea?

Would make more sense and be a better use to take that $5 billion and set up free medical care for those who can not afford it.
