The REASON white folks are called crackers is cuz we cracked the whips. But being spanish and Italian none of my ancestors did any cracking but I've still been called a cracker cuz i have white skin. Ignorant term used by ignorant people.

Originally the white slave driver because he would "crack" the whip, hence the noun cracker. used by blacks to demean whites.
