According to their website they will.

"SUBWAY® SALADS
Any sandwich can be made into a salad with chopped lettuce, red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, green bell peppers, carrots and olives."

I order the chicken and tuna salad as a salad with lettuce and all the veggies regularly. You can ask them to do any of the other sandwiches the same way. Great for watching the carbs!

I used to work at a Subway, and yes they'll make ANY sandwich into a salad, believe it or not, I've even made one with meatballs!

They can make you a salad, but I don't think they can make a salad from a sandwich. That is kinda weird.

Yes they will make you a "sandwich" salad. Meatball salad hmmmm....hard to picture.

I think they will do that for any of the cold sandwiches. I think that it would be difficult to do that for the meatball sub, or the steak and cheese!

ive never heard of them, making salads..but hey you just gave me a new idea..i will ask for it..but honestly i love their sandwhiches..maybe its true...you should call and ask

i think if they have the ingredients you just tell them what you want on the salad.
