For most women, yes, it is safe. It is a class B drug which means Controlled studies done on animals in reproduction do not indicate risk to the fetus but no studies have been done with humans. There should not be any problem. Both of the meds contained in this are penicillin based which is used routinely in pregnancy. Make sure if this was prescribed by someone other than your OB then you should notify him and always question your pharmacist prior to taking any med including over the counter meds, natural and herbal preparations included.
