Dude, I am with you on this one! It is not considered being a perv. The reason being is that you appreciate every aspect of a woman's body. There IS something to be admired about a woman's feet that is difficult to explain. Provided, of course, the feet are clean and well groomed. A woman's feet have their own unique shape and curvature, and I can easily get excited at seeing nice female feet in sandals, open-toe shoes, etc. We are just more appreciative than most regarding the female body. Also, on most women, the feet are "hot spots" if you massage them correctly, and can lead to some intimacy if you know what I mean.....

I love going barefoot but only for comfort and such, I've never understood the fascination (positive or negative) with feet. They're more like hands than anything else.
