I'll ignore your trolling and sarcasm and answer you literally because I'm bored: Yes, but sadly nobody cares because they're homeless. Don't do it in front of a cop, but otherwise you're good to go. Keep in mind, any homeless guy worth his salt will take the opportunity to beat your face into the ground for that, or worse.

It's beyond human rudeness seeming quite monkey-like. Why would you not feed a hungry person? As against illegals as I am, if one came to my door and asked for food, I'd feed them. Not throw it at them, but offer it. You never know if that person at your door was sent by God.
