The human condition is not one of being tension free. The best thing to do is to prioritize. The most important things first. Second, don't sweat the small stuff and most of it is small stuff. Learn when and how to say NO. Saying yes all the time will do you in. Make time for you, this is very important. Your song and dance is only yours, so make it truly yours. You will live longer and more happily. Blessings on you.

I know how you feel, i want to be tension free too, but that's not possible my work is time pressure. and people at work or a certain boss is also giving me tension. I wish I can get out of it! But I can't, unless I have a million dollars and I can travel anywhere I want without limit that would really make me happy.

Try to compartmentalize everything you have to do. Viewing it all in bite-size chunks will make life seem less overwhelming. The more you let it grind you down, the less you'll be able to cope with everything.
Also, as hard as it can be, try to glean joy from it where you can - it'll keep your energy up. Think of the sense of satisfaction you'll have when you've ticked one obligation off the proverbial list.

Operating from a perspective of duty and obligation is not a happy place to be in. Please do nothing for me out of sense of duty or obligation. You won't feel good and I won't appreciate it.
Not being able to do as we think we should leads to stress, fear and anxiety. Let go of the duty, you'll feel so much better.

What problems? The ones you prefer to have.
What duty? The one you prefer to have.
What love? The one you prefer to transmit.
What joy? The one you prefer to feel.
What addictions? The ones you prefer to ignore and these cause tension, pain, suffering.
