It can hurt if partners do not take certain steps. The a**s does not produce enough lubrication for comfortable a**l sex, so it is important to use an artificial water-based lubricant — like K-Y jelly or Astroglide — for a**l sex. Not if it's done right and you're relaxed. Lots of lubricant, a partner whom you trust and is experienced, and not rushing it will go a long way to reduce any pain or discomfort. your best bet...have a patient partner and someone you trust.

if you have that, your half way home. Not to say, the first time wont be without some dis comfort, but if you take your time, some good foreplay, and your partner works with you and listens to you, it'll be fine.....better than fine. :)
