where did it happen? what was taken? how do you protect your belongings now?

It's funny, I live in a decent brand new neighborhood in Vegas, (Houses are $300,000 plus), but for some reason some jerk-off stole my lightbulbs right out of their sockets on my driveway lights!
I'm lucky nothing worse has happened.
To prevent it from happening again I'd really like to invest in some kind of lightbulb that electrocutes someone if they don't flip a switch or something before they remove it, that would work.

October 13th 2005. I walked in on a junkie ransacking my apartment around 12:30pm. We had a tussle and I chased him into the hallway of my apartment building. He had picked my locks and I came home minutes after he got in. I don't think he got anything. There's nothing I can really do about protecting my belongings. I changed my locks and got a much better one that's hard to pick. I still suffer from PTSD from the incident though.
The time before was July 16th 2000 and I lost my jewelery box with all my sentimental jewelery, my nice alarm clock, digital walkman and a light bulb (?). All I could think of about the stolen light bulb was that it was a crack addict that took it to smoke crack out of it.

My car was stolen in May of 2005. My apartment was broken into in December of 1989. For my car I have the Club. A police officer friend of mine recommended it. I bought a gun too. And I took some classes on proper gun safety.

was 3 years ago..i came out from mall then have two guys robbed my bag,,but doesnt have any important things in my bag...i habit put money in pocket.so i feel that the robber very unlucky because they robbed a empty bag......now i will carry my bag tight when i go out and sometime i went out without bag...

Thursday, someone broke into my car and took some stuff. Now I keep the windows fully closed in that area.

12-26-06, my purse from work, and now i carry nothing to work or anywhere for that matter i dont want lost. they caught her and shes now in prison. she took ny credit cards, drivers license, and cell hone, dumped the purse in the garbage, which i actually got back. it really sucked!!!!!
