I've had a similar problem. You will have to pull your fuse box and check for corrosion. If it isn't visibly apparent you still need to do a thorough cleaning of all the electrical connections. Use circuit board cleaner, available at Radio Shack, and some 0000 Steel wool. Be very careful, and make certain you clean everything. You should be fine after that.

With a row of dead circuits, you can light them up temporarily to verify the connection problem by placing a jumper wire from the hot side of a good fuse socket to the same on the dead side.Reinsert the fuses with the jumper in place. After that is working again, put the flasher back in and see what happens. The emergency flasher and turn flasher are separate, the wrong one may be pulled out.

You've got a ground fault somewhere.
Some items are using other components to complete the circuit to ground.
Cleaning your fuse block connector couldn't hurt as previously mentioned, but if you still have problems, locate any and all the ground straps you can find and make sure they're tight.

Engine to frame.
Dash to frame.
Fuse block to body. (under the hood-drivers side firewall)

Just an added note*
Some fuses don't get power untill the switch for that circuit is activated.

Couldn't hurt to check all the relays at the power distribution box either....(under the hood)

You need to check your meter and make sure it works, cause how can you show the fuse check is o.k. You might have a faulty meter. Maybe borrow one and see what IT says. If good, check your light switch that turns your lights on. Might be your voltage regulator...It might be the wiring in your door panel. Which you need to remove and check THOSE wires. Be sure to mark them so they can go back the way they were. Check each wire with a meter and make sure they are all good. We had a similar problem and it was the voltage regulator which we easily changed ourselves.
