If I am in the car then I listen to the radio, if I'm home I'd rather watch TV.

Usually, listen to the radio. I found a Public Radio station that plays ALL kinds of music, and has no commercials. I've discovered some really good music there, from a wide variety of genres.
It depends on what's on TV, of course...I like good documentaries, films, and of course, baseball :-))
Frequently, I shut everything off, as I really like it very quiet, so I can think.

It depends. If it's for a few hours, the tv definitely. But less than that? The radio. I'd love to sing along and move to the music.
