Yes if you're playing CoD4, it has been known to work better with a single powerful card than a multiple weaker cards equaling up to more or same as a powerful card. Personally, I'd spend that money on a GTX 280, better performance in CoD4, and just about most games. MOST games will NOT use more than one card.
