Why MSN messages not going through?

All of a sudden, everytime I try to send a message to a friend on MSN IM, the message comes back with an error message that says, "Message could not be sent to all recipients". Anyone know what the prob and solution may be?

The recipient's router is blocking MSN.

They need to change their router settings.

Same for you, if you have a router.
