Read about then download and use the below eraser. After you have erased you files. Erased your unused part of your disc. Reformat and no one can ever obtain anything from the hard drive

The best ways to do this is to format the hard drive. This will wipe all the files off. If you need some more information on this e.g. how to format etc, check out this link

A low level format will only fill the drive with zeros. It will not wipe the drives contents. Search for a free wipe utility to permanently wipe the drives contents

Try using WipeDrive. It completely erases your hard disk so that no data is recoverable.
