If working on Internet Explorer, just config your printing options ("File>Page settings" from the menu bar) to blank in the Page header and footer parameters. Good luck.

you can try to highlight the portion (Click and drag) you want to print. After that right click on the highlighted portion and select print. The print window appears under "Page range" choose Selection. That should only print out the necessary stuff without headers/footers.

I think you are prining a page made up of frames. You need to click in the frame that contains the content you want to print. Its not apparent anything has changed, the frame doesn't highlight or anything. But it does change the focus for the applciation to send data to the printer queue. Thats why some users can print, they are probably clicking in the main frame on the page. IE is rubbish at sending stuff for printing

copy the parts you want and paste on a word document then you will be able to put in your own layout and also print how you want.
