Sometimes I get a bit full of myself and can prattle on for hours about how good I was back in the day...
I generally finally get the picture when the other person's eyes roll back in their head and they either fall asleep or pass out from boredom. Then again, sometimes I stand and talk to their unconscious body until the Paramedics shove me out of the way and start work on reviving them.

I'm like an open book except for a couple of very private matters.Other than that my few "true" friends I am very open with & they are the same to me.Talking about yourself is a good way of finding out other peoples opinions.I even like to make fun of myself as a way of dealing with little insecurities because after awhile it seems like they are not as big an issue as I thought they were.Yes...I do like to talk about myself,so what! : )
