Honestly if the scale were lower than 1 being the lowest I would easily go lower than 1 as my response. But since 1 is the lowest rating your asking for I will rate his performance as 1. I don't think he has performed well at all. He seems to have some other motive regarding the war in Iraq that a large majority of the country doesn't seem to understand, including myself.

1 would be my estimate, but I would really like to place a lower level percentage. George Bush Jr. has been the worst President to date that I have lived under for the last 50 years.

I, too, give him a 7. It would be a 9 but I'm disappointed in the half-azz way the war's being run. Either fight to win or leave.
The economy is extremely strong, unemployment is at record lows, there have been ZERO terrorist attacks on U.S. soil. Given those successes in the current world environment, I think he's done a very good job.
