This is because of the Internet speed. The more the bandwidth the more speed you have.
When you see the movie freezing, its actually collecting the next frames data.
The best thing you can do with your existing bandwidth is that, just press the play button and leave it as it is for a while and do some other work. In the background, the movie will be downloaded after some time. After completly downloading, press play once again to see the non-freezing movie and enjoy the smooth flow.

It depends on your download speed. If you have dial up, it takes a long time to load a video. My suggestion would be to stop the video and not play it until it is either completely loaded or is at least halfway through loading before you play it. The red progress bar at the bottom tells you how for it's loaded. and if you play it while loading it will stop. I haven't had any probs myself with buffering when i'm at a computer what has dsl or any kind of high speed connection. Hope this helps

It does that because it has to buffer. This normally depends on how quick your Internet connection is. If you have a slow connection just wait for a bit then play the video. Sometimes if you are trying to watch a video more that 3mins then just do something else till it loads all the way up.

happens to me all the time too, only thing I can suggest is let it play all the way through then come back to it and play again as once it has down loaded it is a little smoother. BT tell me there is nothing wrong with my connection and that it is not affected by the wind blowing the cables on the poles outside. And yes it is an Indian sub-continent based call centre that you get through to a £20 a time as they talk you through what you have to do; and no it has not helped; and no BT do not have a complaint/ help line

Its the way it was recorded. I get the same problem when i try to watch. So no its not your system and obviously you cant fix it. I still think its a bit annoying sometimes though as its a bit teasing and frustrating at the same time when you cant watch the whole thing! I'd suggest you watch some other video or you could always come to Yahoo answers! x x

That's because the video probably has a lot of content which can't download all at one go. So when some amount has finished downloading, the video starts , then stops when it reaches the part where it stopped downloading, then starts again when some more content has downloaded. I've learned to put up with it.

Bandwidth, are you on cable? The website may be overloaded too, they get a lot of traffic. I've been on there at times and the video would lag for me and I have the fastest internet you can get.

Its just your connection speed. Say if you was on a 56k dial up modem your connection speed would be really poo so it takes longer to download the file for you to watch.
Can also be the time of day, if you use your comp when alot of others are also using theirs then servers get busy and connection speeds can drop.
: ) hope that helps ?

your download speed isnt fast enough to keep up with the player, start it and pause for a minute and let it buffer
