It wont cause any long term issues. You may have a very itchy rash when the hair grows back in. You might be better off just clipping the hair very short rather than shaving

It is OK if you prefer it that way. You aren't going to get ill or anything. Girls have been doing it forever to look nice in bikinis. We've even been waxing them since that came into fasion. You just have to be careful about taking care of the skin. That area is very sensitive and tender. Be careful of razor burns. Take some tip out of the ladies bag of tricks. They've been doing this for a while and know a lot more than you about it. There's nothing wrong with peeking in the girls sections and getting some tips. Use lotions to help the skin feel better afterwards.
If you are concerned about image and perception, that's something you have to decide. In the end, if you prefer to be clean shaven, that's your perogative. Unless you make it known to others, no one except you and your girl will see it anyway. No, it doesn't necessarily mean that you are gay. Plenty of straight men do it. They either do it for themselves or they do it for their girls. Some women prefer their men to be tidy down there, just like men preferring their women to be the same down there. You might want to speak to your significant other about it first though.

That's not something you have to ask permission to do, it is a matter of personal choice. If you are jut wanting advice: if you are a teen who has a good pubic bush, do you really want to cut it off and look like a 10 year old again? Pubes are a sign you are a sexually functional male.

It's your hair, so you are allowed to do anything you want with it.
But why on earth would you shave it??? Are you having a problem accepting puberty? Do you want to look like a porn actor? (You won't -- they get digitally enhanced; it's all fake.) Do you like being laughed at by anybody who sees you naked? Or maybe itching or smelling bad (both usual results of shaving) seem cool to you?
It's ok -- but it's a really dumb thing to do.

yea its perfectly fine...as said before it might itch but thats usualy all. and if u don't like the feeling just don't do it again. but i kno that most girls don't like the hair...so if ur doing this to please a girl...have fun
