Usualy under the hood, drivers side on the fender well under a black cover in the power distribution box.

The problem is most likely inside the door itself, where there is a shorted wire or a dirty sensor. Ask at your dealership parts department. They will know EXACTLY what tod o and what part to buy, if any. There may even be a recall on this issue. Consult with ALLDATA, a data base found in many libraries, or NHTSA, the car safety agency started by Ralph Nader.

It not really a relay as such, it's an integrated Body Control ECU and is normally hidden behind the dash somewhere.
