Do all PAL versions of the Wii support English?

I am planning to buy a Wii form Italy and I would like to know if it supports English for it's interface.

By the way, I live in Europe, in a region with PAL encoding.

It should but if you planing to bring it back to the States, (I assume you live in the USA), you can only plays games from Italy. Each wii console and games are region lock. You might have difficult finding games to play if you do. :)
