I saw some guys they're 12 and I am 13 and they had hair under their arm but why can't I when can I had it??

Boys mature at different ages, between say 12 to 15. Testesterone levels do vary and secondary sexual characteristics (like the hair in arm pits or pubic hair, beard, moustache etc.) do vary from boy to boy. You can see a doctor if things don't go normally after another year or so.

It grows in when you are sexually developing. For guys and girls both, there is an enormous range in age when you enter and end puberty. Some guys may start puberty, grow underarm and pubic hair as early as 11, and start shaving at 13, while other guys may not start sexual development until they are as old as 14 or 15. All traces back to your ancestors, nothing you can change. That is why you may see 12 year old looking boys driving cars at 16, they are just starting to enter puberty! On the plus side, it means you look younger in your 20's and 30's usually.

those 12 year old probably started puberty at a younger age then u...just wait for the hair --its just hair after all-- it meens nothing in the eyes of a girl

you gotta be kidding brother, i wish to the good lord that he had made me hairless so i could have been saved from this hassle of shaving every bush from my head to my buttcrack. What a usless acessory. What a man will spend on razor blades in a lifetime that had he saved could have bought a Lamborghini in the old age.

You have to register for it when your 11 and it will be mailed to you with a stick of glue. I guess you forgot and now its to late. However you are allow to learn proper grammar at any age.
