It has to be Google. What an interesting question, open-ended yet time-bound!
Creativity must ooze out from those Google employees everyday; it is not restricted by opening/closing hours since the Tubes run 24/7/365. With its labs churning projects that are so cutting-edge they bleed, it will be a wondrous experience to infiltrate, oops, I mean integrate into their working environment and pick brains.

I don't know if you would consider this a company, but I
would love to work in The United Nations and be surrounded
by representatives of every nation, privy to each nation's
outlook on a single issue. Would be fascinating to hear it
all first hand, in the person's native tongue and then
translated in English. Just by the body movements and
sounds of other languages, you could determine some
of the psychological barriers between nations.

Church of Scientology. I am intrigued by the commitment and dedication of its members. Although, the greater the social disapproval, the more a culture will become closed and self-supporting.
Countries in the Middle East have the same experience. If your family is under seige, you are likely to band together to fight a common foe.
