Go for IVF (test tube baby). If her ovaries are intact even if her uterus is removed, she can concieve by her egg being taken out and fertilised with your sperm and the fertilised egg being implanted in a surrogate mother (womb renter). If her ovaries are also affected because of cancer and chemo, sorry but you cannot beget children with her. You should accept her for what she is and love her baby as spiritually yours.

Adoption is always a good option. It's a really nice way to share your love. Having a surrogate mother is also an option. Talk to your girlfriend's doctor and find out your options. All the best!

The only option you have now is adoption.
It would be a nice thing to do if you and your girlfriend would like children in the future.

There are plenty of children who need adopting. If, however you want a child of your own you might want to consider finding a surrogate mother...a woman who will carry your child for you.
I wish you and your girlfriend the best of luck at this difficult time.

why not try adoption
it may not be 'yours' but you can raise it as your own and still love it and enjoy being a father.
There are lots of children out there in need of a family
Good Luck

Adoption is your only other way. I'm sorry about your girlfriend. Be glad you have one baby already. Sometimes other woman have to have it done before they even have kids.

Try adoption. You sign papers and pay the government money and you raise the child as your own. Good luck!

Perhaps you should talk to her about a surrogate, or maybe the possibility of adoption.
