I have a lot of experience with this and here is how it works. The easiest way is to get her to the U.S. is to get a fiancé visa for 90 days and get married in the U.S. This is relatively easy and can be done in two weeks. Or you could get married in the Philippines and go through much more stringent and time consuming red tape to get her into the U.S. ....Don't try to put logic to it. It will only make it worse.

Marriage, especially to a foreigner, isn't like buying consumer goods. If you don't already know, here are the steps:
1. Find a girl, not just any girl... the right girl
2. Fall in love, together (no dollar signs in her eyes)
3. Get married
4. Travel papers, travel papers, immigration papers
5. Forget the phrase "getting her to the US easily"

Follow Adams link! Believe it or not it takes longer (and more paper work) if you get married first. Bring her here on a fiancee visa. It could still take up to a year! First thing you want to do is fly to the Philippines and meet her. This is one requirement of many. BUT FOLLOW ADAMS LINK AND SEE WHAT YOUR ARE IN FOR!!!! It isn't easy but nothing good is.

Its not that simple man. Since 911, Department of Homeland security is very strict and they require that love and marriage is real and Sincere. Don't get caught bull-sh-itting the Government.

When you have found someone you love, marry her and work for her visa, complying with the immigration laws of both countries.
