I would suggest you to contact the Emirates airlines or Air Arabia offices in India, hope they will assist you to obtain a tourist visa for you. Air Arabia is a budget airline and it would be more economical.

The visa type is dependent on
1) your duration of stay
2) your reason for visit
3) your duration fo stay
Dubai offers Visit visa, tourist visa, Employment visa or transit visa,for different people. you may inform on 3 questions so that most appropriate visa details could be given

if your below 25 years old, your not allowed to be a visit visa. you can only choose from employment(if you want to work in dubai),residence(if you want to live in dubai forever) or transit visa.
