If you are healthy then that sounds like a fine weight, you absolutly do not need to lose weight...if anything it would be gain. For an adult female a good weight for someone of your heigth would be 105, but you can give or take a few pounds as long as you are healthy and feel good

What you need to do is learn that you are more than a number on a scale. Eat a variety of foods and exercise 30 minutes a day. And go to college. You'll be fine.

you seem like you're just on the border between under weight and healthy weight
your BMI (body mass index) is 18.5, which is just abour normal. If anything, you could gain a couple pounds.

I am 5'7 and 125 and my doctor says this is the perfect weight for my frame yet some people would consider me to slender, so if the doctor says it's fine your fine, don't worry about other people. Do you feel healthy?

you are a bit on the thin side. if you don't think that you look right then work on being healthy and not weight....then if you take care of yourself by excersizing and eating right...you'll look good no matter what your weight.
