There are beaches everywhere, not just on the coasts. For a cheaper cost of living, consider somewhere inland, perhaps near one of the Great Lakes. In Wisconsin, you have all four seasons, swimming, sailing, skiing, fishing, hiking, climbing, pretty much everything you can do anywhere else and for much cheaper.

Good luck.

if you enjoy your stay here then there is no reason why you shouldn't move. the east coast has nice beaches, but it can get pretty cold in the northeast area so unless you like winter and snow the northeast might not be right. the west coast has nice beaches and warm weather pretty much year round. so pick wherever you feel most comfortable living is my advice

If you want near or on a beach, there are lots of places to choose. Los Angeles CA, many cities in Florida, ie Miami, Panama City (my favorite) Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Pensacola Island. I have been to all listed in Florida and they're all great. There's also Virginia Beach VA or Charleston SC or St Augustine FL, all have beaches and lots of historical places to see. Hope this helps. Email me for more info. Thanks, Becky....Louisville Kentucky

The East and West coasts all have beautiful beaches, but you can't just "move to" the USA if you're not a citizen. Check out immigration and guest immigration laws.

Do you mean you will go throught the process and move here, or do you mean that you will let your student visa expire, and just sort of drop off of the radar?

The USA is a great place. That's why everyone hates us but wants all that we have. Best Wishes.
