What can you expect from a man who stole the election from Al Gore.
It is very unfortunate that, the Evangelicals, who for the most part, believe everything the TV evangelist have to say.
They actually believe that, republican leaders are not in favor of abortation, illegal immagration, gays and lesbians etc.etc.
They will say anything to stay in power. They want to make the rich get richer and the poor have nothing.
Whoever said that, " ignorance is the most dangerous thing in society," was right.
Just add blind faith to the mix and that will cover everything.

Because the official capacity of the President doesn't call for him to be involved in many domestic issues - read the constitution. His powers are mainly over national security and foreign relations - read the constitution.

As a side note, however, when Bush came into office his policies were mainly a domestic agenda. Then some people decided to kill thousands of US civilians, so he had to jump into foreign policy.

I think the fear tactics have backfired on him and overshadowed any good points of his administration. It has psychologically set up a good portion of the citizens to be focused on doom and gloom instead of looking at their life as it is. Lowering taxes doesn't make sense, open borders don't make sense in view of the war and emphasis on terror.
The extremely high cost of college is at odds with his attention to improving education. Everything is at odds with everything else which makes it all appear to be a failure.

Are you kidding? What about that mess of an immigration bill he, along with the Democrats in Congress, has been peddling? Totally a domestic issue. His tax cuts are also purely domestic.

Bush will veto any legislation that is good for America. That is because he does not care what is good for America. Bush cares about helping his Saudi rich and corporate friends.. Bush does not think for himself, his staff does the thinking. Bush also does not speak for himself, he has writers.. What you see is a PR propaganda group thinking and speaking.

you have to reemember that the president is the product of the american people. the american people are the one's who supposedly voted him and his chimp administration in. so it is the american people who are not demanding more from their congress and president. everyone is always a critic but no one ever wants to fix things either because to fix the damage that american government has shoved down the thoat to the rest of the world can never be fixed! AND THATS THE BOTTOM LINE,
