Paris Hilton is incapable of making decisions about anything that, involves her life, because she is an extremely emotionally fragile young woman who was brought up by two partnts who have 0 parenting skills. She is just like hundreds of other kids today, whose mother is trying to stay young by mimicking her daughter.
Instead of being a mother, she wants to be the daughter. Sad, Sad, Sad.
