Profound nonsense. Different things are sacred to different people and different religions. This kind of thinking is a sheep trap.

Everything is probably sacred to someone and their point of view. The other side of the coin is also true. There are some who consider nothing sacred. There are always opposites.
Black - White, Here today - Gone tomorrow, Rolling in the dough - Broke on your can, healthy one minute - knocking on death's door the next. The list could end and yet it is endless.
Profound thought isn't it, but the nonsense still exists.

It's profound somethingness......

but yes, everything is sacred in some way because would we recognize the things that we consider truly sacred, without something less sacred to compare it to?
it's a bit of an antithesis, and for some people a long shot, but I'd give it a profound rating.

Black and white thinking is generally seen as problematic thinking. Some things can be "sacred" and other things not.

I wouldn't consider the claim profound.

It's nonsense. Everyone has different values and beliefs... so the statement will never apply.

If you believe there is either one god or no god then it makes perfect sense, if there is the possibility of polytheism it makes less sense. I think however it is very profound.

It makes no sense unless you put the phrase in the right context.
Like if your in a argument or something and someone says the wrong thing then that phrase makes perfect sense.

Not nonsense at all. It's simple, to the point, and correct.

I have actually heard something different in this regard: "If everything is sacred, then nothing nothing is."
