i have been trying for a lil while now to get this thing out and i cant..i dont know if i need to unscrew from the top or bottom..i have tried so much that it is now agravated what the heck!!! how do i get this thing off!

i had the same problem with the barbell in my belly button.
use ALOT of soap on a little piece of tissue and put it around the top and bottom and try to unscrew it. It will work eventually... it worked for me =)

Yuck, I personally hate those unattractive things.
I get people that come in for interviews for a job, and we tell them that they can't wear them "if" they get the job.
I would highly suggest to go back to where you go this thing and ask them to remove it, and just a little advice, keep it out.
