Firstly the parrot would shout at you in a pleading voice when you tried to wring its neck, and its legs aren't big enough....

Because a parrott's a bit more expensive than a chicken but if you like the idea then maybe you should try some guinea pig stew like that guy in Germany whi fed it to his girlfriend for a special meal, she wasn't too happy when she found out he'd fed her her favourite pet.

well if you love your pet you shouldn't want to eat them, like if i had a pet dog, i don't want to eat my dog, i love him. and parrots are too expensive
